As others have said the park literally has 1 ride that is good. The queue for this ride is beyond ridiculous. So we went at the end of October and thought it might not be too bad, there were floods and storms also around this time and predicted on the days we had booked. We entered the park at 5.45 and went straight to red force. The queue time was listed at 1.45hr, so me and my son got in the queue. 3 hours later we were near the front of the queue and the ride broke down. We were told as long as it gets fixed everyone on the queue would get to ride it, so we waited. Another I think 1.30hr went by before we were advised it wasn't going to be fixed. It was now about 10.30 and we had spent the whole time in that queue. We made our way to the exit where a lady was giving out tickets to everyone who was in the queue, her English wasn't great,so we didn't really know what she gave us. We missed dinner and jumped in a taxi back. We had 3 day tickets, so I went to customer relations and told the situation, turns out the tickets were to re enter Ferrari land. I asked for 2 fast passes to make up for the evening lost, they refused and said I was lucky to get tickets to re enter! Me and my son then decided to queue to enter Ferrari land and ran to the ride as soon as it opened, the ride was on a technical stop and the queue wasn't opened yet, so we queued outside the queue which was very long, people easily managed to push in at the front. When the queue finally opened we were over half way. It still took us 3 hours to get through the queue from this point! Meaning we spent a total of around 7-8 hours queuing to go on this one ride. I put a complaint in, but they don't care. Worst customer service I've come across. If you are going to go here the budget for a fast pass, meaning this one ride is probably going to cost you 50 euros! Shocking really!
