I just finished this today (September 21st, 2025). It's not the yuri series that people assumed (it's okay for me if it is, tho). It is also not an ordinary love triangle story people thought it was. It's about LIFE, and about GIRLS SUPPORT GIRLS. The complicated raw emotions we've faced as we live as a person. Honestly... life has never been easy. We can't choose how we were born, in which family, who we met, who we fall in love with, who we hate, who we love terribly, until it makes us go crazy when what we expected from that person never happens. I don't think there's a villain in this series, except for Sang Yeon's father. He's a jerk (means: the actor acted so well). But everything that happened between Sang Yeon and Eun Jung... it was complicated, raw, and real. We probably have been through something, even if it's not exactly like how they deal with it, but we knew it well... why we did, what we did. I feel sorry for both of them. I found myself on both of them.
(SPOLIER ALERT!!!!)
The ending scene, when Sang Yeon chose to end the pain from cancer by ending her life (legally) with Eun Jung by her side... THAT SCENE was really insane. As I write this, I still can't stop crying. I feel sorry for both of them... I want to say Sang Yeon, you've worked hard and you endured it well... now you can finally take "a rest" for eternity. And for Eun Jung... I really adore the way you live your life... You too, Eun Jung, you've worked hard... and you've grown up well... Both of them have grown up well... And I'm soooo happy they can finally reveal their true feelings before it's too late. Honestly... nobody is perfect, and we can't be "good person" to everyone, and accepting that fact is not always easy. That scene... when Sang Yeon went to meet Eun Jung's mom just to admit that she did something bad to her daughter, and asked her to hug her.... it was really heartbreaking...
And for whoever reads this, whether you read reviews to make a decision wheter or not you should watch this, or you read this to share your experience after watching this series... You too... You've grown up well, and you did well... <3
Is this series worth watching? YES.
Is this series triggering for traumas? YES. BEWARE.
I will give 10 stars if possible tho.
It's really 10/10 for me.
