Get a 1,000 dollar a night villa. Freezing cold and can’t adjust temp on thermostat. Let that be untim we tried to use the jacuzzi and it was cold… called maintenance who put our towel csrd in a slot in the wall which finally turned the heat on!??? And told us the hot tub is 92 gallons and since the water heater is only 50 gallons, you can only run the water a quarter of the way on, so that it doesn’t get cold. What!? These rooms are expensive! You offer a hot tub you can’t make hot? Seriously? That’s theft of our money seriously. So dissapointed. Fyi you guys reviewing, this woudknt happen at the khalahari. Superior.
