You aired a segment to where traffic was not moving and none of the people were moving inside their vehicles. There was nothing causing this traffic jam in front of them. The video showed traffic moving in the opposite direction. If you watch closely at the vehicle in the front, at the front bumper you will see the shadow of the motorcycle rider to the right of the vehicle. The motorcycle rider is not moving but his shadow is. I think this was photoshopped but the shadow was overlooked not seen when put together and edited.
