I rarely review things but Jean Smart brought me to tears watching this finale. What a great show- simple in nature but through wonderful storytelling it hooks you in. Cannot recommend enough. I wasn’t feeling like myself as of late and I binged this show and couldn’t stop laughing and feeling love again- the scene with the dad broke my heart. This is such a great show and I love that it’s a wildly successful minor role character in a lead role, supported by people just starting out. Just so so so wholesome. Warms my heart. Meg Stalter is a fellow Ohioan who is in what I think is her first role on tv. She’s so funny as the aloof assistant with the heart of gold. 10/10.
