Insanely good. It really expands on the original, giving greater insight and depth into the characters. The gameplay and pacing is amazing like the original. The acting, body language, script, physical details, are so impressive. It's very emotionally challenging and full of moral complexity. Monsters, survival, complex relationships, music, futile revenge, the horror and beauty of human nature.... It's all here in incredible thoughtful detail, and a joy to play, and be a part of. I didn't understand why there's bad reviews. I think that some might struggle with the moral complexity, and challenging content.
