Poor rewriting of resident evil story. The main character after being alive in the zombie apocalypse for 17 years has zero survival skills. Pure dumb luck keeps her alive, the power of plot armour. They attempted, poorly, to make you feel some kind of way about the past relationships she has had with her family. Just makes her our to be a whiney teenager, the only thing that even vaguely resembles any of the prior games or movies is the name.
