Evette Battle

So today my husband and I are traveling to surprise my son my daughter in law and my three small grandchildren they have no idea I'm coming to surprise them for my granddaughter's 1st birthday. Last time I saw them was in July. I can't wait to see the expression on their faces. Greyhound is always on time, no wait time you leaving according to what the agent told you And by the way the agent Mercy she was a sweetheart located in the busy Manhattan bus depot she was by herself and handle herself according she was respectful cordial patient and answered our questions with great attitude. It's not easy working in Manhattan and then behind us was a lot of people waiting to purchase tickets she handled herself. I'm proud of her especially with how people are. Thank you Greyhound
