I'm a huge fan of the series but I must be missing something with season 4. I'm 8 episodes in and nothing has happened. It's actually quite alarming how little has occurred. It's like watching an exercise in minimalism. Jimmy is still barred from being a lawyer. Therefore he exists in the series in a state of waiting, and we're waiting right there with him. He's working in a cell phone shop where literally nothing happens and there's no customers. He's bored and I'm bored with him. The series details his boring relationship with Kim. They eat Chinese take out and they brush their teeth in every episode. She's still working on Mesa verde and she's bored and we're bored with her. They team up to get Jimmy's buddy off charges of assaulting a police officer with a bag of sandwiches and it's pretty low stakes. It's an aimless meandering boring slog of a season. We've learned nothing and gone nowhere
