I’m a big Curry Guy fan, and I like the challenge of these recipes. A couple of hours or more prep is sometimes needed, making base sauces and garlic and ginger pastes and the like, but it SO makes a huge difference once you taste the finished product!!! You’ll never shop buy again!!!
