This show was so good!! Dominique Thorne is wonderful again as Riri and really pulled me into her story. After Wakanda Forever, I’ve been super excited for this show and it very much lived up to my anticipation. Riri and Natalie have an interesting and relatable friendship that I want to see more of. I loooved all the witch business, that was excellently done and I can’t wait to see more of Zelma Stanton and her mother, not to mention Riri’s mother Ronnie. The Robbin’s hood crew was extremely fun, and I am hoping so much they return next season. I just really, really, really love Riri’s character and find her so easy to empathize with and invest in. Highly recommend, and I can’t wait for season 2!!!
