First I think hospital will be good by seeing reviews .Now we understand all reviews are paid reviews . Doctors are friendly apart that nothing is good from butterfly. Nurses are not sufficient and environment is not hygienic. Maintenance is poor and nurses not responded in nights . We went for my child headache .They have done all the tests which are not required .They did all tests because we claim insurance . They charge amount of 97K for headache .Maintenance is poor but they charge amount equal to multi speciality hospitals. My husband request them to discharge early but they keep one more day extra to charge more. They have taken 72k from insurance and we request them to remove one day extra room charges and they collect 15k from our pockets. IP billing person Ratnam initially promise us to charge less amount for room no need to pay and will collect from insurance .During final bill he is rude. Final verdict overall if you want to waste of your money go to butterfly . Butterfly -fly your money
