Hi, I’m writing to provide feedback from my latest experience with the Box Office staff at Witness For The Prosecution with focus to Rachael. I came to purchase tickets for a show this week and was blown away by the service I received. Rachel was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly whilst handling my ticket purchase throughout including recommending which seats to book and why; and interesting facts about the show. Furthermore, she even remembered the fact that I visited the box office in December 2024 showing incredible attention to detail. Rachel is an asset to your theatre and should be commended.
