So for a low budget film the quality was better than expected. This film had a lot of potential..it's a shame. So here are some spoiler alerts. The guy who was being set up to be the hero of the film just vanished when he went under water. Never came up and you had no idea what actually happened to him. The samurais. What was the purpose of having them? They served no purpose as they were never actually explained. Who are they? Why are they here? Why are they relevant? And how have they survived 70 years standing in one spot? The creatures. Saw this one coming a mile away but wasn't mad. The only thing I had an issue with was how did they manage to eat with the face masks on? And lastly the men shooting at the cast to force them into the bunker. Who are they? I was fully expecting to see them at the end and identify themselves as som sort of protectors of the mine and a save the girl,but no. They also were never actually identified. So many questions and missed opportunities.
