Please take your own look into this lavish world & ultimately learn about this era , the injustices and advances in black history , the inventions , Edison , Booker T Washington , discussions on woman’s rights, the beginnings of the Red Cross & many other snippets of historical events so entwined within characters in that timeline A truly wonderful & brilliant CAST (2many2 name ) , all storylines are incredible with accurate details across the board. And yes , Just the right amount of scandalous energy too. The costumes are divine and the sets transport . You can’t help learning much about the financial, political and socialite wars with top family names in feuds resistant to change & the many attempts at protecting reputations. The old money vs. new & who can & cannot reign over New York! A must watch.binge worthy series and all I can say is we need more!!!
