Where exactly in Texas are there pine tree topped mountains next to the sea? Filmed in the Vancouver area which is nothing like any part of Texas, so who did they think they were trying to fool? They should have just set the movie in Canada. Corny as all hell, terrible acting, bad script, phony Texas, phony Texas accents, awful special effects, and the best thing about the film they botched up by adding all those ugly crash bars to a perfectly nice Norton Dominator, presumably because the actor that played the hero could ride to save his life! I watched it because I was a linewoman in the UK in my early 20’s, and then moved to Texas to live for 30 years, so the plot line piqued my interest. Don’t waste your time.

This is utter rubbish, I wish I could give it zero stars. The only reason I watched it was because it was filmed around where I live, but, it was shockingly bad, all the acting was just some of the worst I have ever seen. The actor that played Detective Luke Carson is utter shite, he is the rotting cherry on top of the biggest dog turd of a movie that I have seen in years. The story is convoluted and incredibly dumb, even for something set in Arkansas! 😂 Alec Baldwin might as well give it up after this abortion….it’s sad as I’ve enjoyed him so much as tRump in SNL. Give it a wide berth…..but, if you just can’t help yourself, do not pay to watch, it’s on Tubi for free.
