If you need to return anything Dr Kellyann will not pay for the return service/will not issue you a return label- so you have to pay that out of pocket and on top of that you will pay a $10.00 “restock fee” that is deducted from your total refund. That is not great customer service especially when you are just trying something out for the first time. So make sure you really want the product (although how do you really know until you know?) before you buy anything otherwise you may feel like they were trying to nickel & dime you as I feel.
