I predicted the ending pretty early on, not sure why as it seems that many viewers didn’t. Regardless of that, I still really enjoyed it! I loved Depp’s acting, the premise, how the events unfolded leading up to the end, even the scenery was beautiful. The other characters were also very interesting, I loved Shooter’s accent. SPOILER AHEAD I also loved the end when Depp turned into Shooter and watching an actor take on the mannerisms of another, it was awesome! Also the last line from the novella tying in the entire story was just great. I do wish they kept out the scene of the dog being murdered 😞 or could have implied it without showing it.
