The kids are in high school but the writing for them is very immature. I don't know high schoolers who talk or act like that. I get very young vibes. The music is the best part. Although some songs ("The One," "Unbreakable") are cringe. Having said all of that, I have much hope for the show. I plan to watch season 2, if there is another season. I'm giving it 4 stars only because I like most of the songs. Maybe for next season, don't have the writers behind Bizardvaark do this. The only lasting memorable thing about that show was that Olivia Rodrigo came from it.
