The show has great character writing as the series explores Falcon’s and Winter Soldier’s backgrounds. Sam and Bucky have to reconcile with their past and except each other to move on with their lives. Every character gets something to do in the story even if it’s only for one episode. The pacing of the series is great and everything feels like it’s in the right place. The only real problems with the show is the fact that Captain America is more of title than a character, and the villain is pretty underdeveloped. The show is great with incredible character writing and pacing. 8/10.

This show is inconceivably bad! It took a completely different direction than the source material. Most character from the graphic novel are gone, and the characters that are still there are uninteresting and confusing. Rorschach’s mask is the symbol of a white supremacy group, Dr. Manhattan is confused and illogical, and the Owlship is destroyed. Ozymandias is a complete 360 of his original character, and Laurie Blake doesn’t get much to do in the show. And the new characters are so dumb it’s impressive. Half the show is a waste of time and when the series has a good moment it gets ruined. Episode 5 is really the only good part of the show. It stays with the source material and provides good character development, but the end of the episode is ruined by bad character writing for Ozymandias. Random stuff happens that’s not important to the storyline but even that’s better than the actual story. It’s kinda amazing how bad the show is, it’s like the creator was trying to ruin it from the start. And even if I judge it by it’s own merits and not the source material, the show is still confusing, random (in a bad way), and sloppy. 2/10
