I live for watching movies & sitcoms. The last genres I’m choosing are marvel, dc or any other superhero movie. I don’t hate them, it’s just not my cup of tea and I prefer other genres. However, I have been eating UP Agatha All Along! It has been so enjoyable that I already rewatched the only 3 available episodes on the same day. It doesn’t feel like a superhero show, even though it’s marvel. Agatha is such a fun character. She’s played by one of my favorite actresses, who I also love in Parks & Rec. My mom has been watching with me and she was a bit weary about watching something marvel and surprised that I showed interest in something marvel. She is loving the show too. If you’re not intimidated by funny and strong women, if you’re into spooky vibes, if you’re into magical powers, and if you’re into fantasy and lore building… this seems like a show for you to consider. This will likely be one of my comfort shows too. Because it’s only one season (no commitment, just for it to get canceled) and it is only 9 episodes.
If you’re as much of a movie and sitcom buff as I am, I did feel obligated to watch WandaVision and then I watched Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of madness.
WandaVision - loved seeing the different themes throughout the show and had some good details on Agatha that’s good to know for Agatha All Along. Not exactly a need to watch though.
Doctor Strange in the multiverse of madness - only 2 important details that is good to know for Agatha All Along, but not exactly a need to watch.
I’m sure you can find a YouTube video that will get you up to speed for Agatha All Along. Enjoy!
