You will get banned if your game crashes because your teammates will cancel the match. If you try to contact Ubisoft support, they will say they cannot lift the ban because the command was issued by their server (or whatever AI is overseeing the games). In my opinion this excuse is completely inaccurate and they are just lying. There is no way a company would create their game in a way that did not allow them to have any control of their systems. This game is fun but it is not worth a dime if you are being punished for things that are not your fault. It is really annoying to see that this happens every season (with numerous people) and there is no attempt to resolve the issue…. Pretty sure this review is a complete waste of time but It feels good to vent.
