Without trying to spoil too much, the film is an allegory for war journalism. Most morons reviewing this movie are giving this 1 star because the main focus was not on the war itself. Regardless, the movie was a fantastic film and depicts war in one of the most refreshingly realistic ways I've seen in a long time. Everything from the firefights to the medical trauma in all the scenes were incredibly accurate.
