How dare Gayle King tell senator Schumer that maybe people saying it may be time for him to go, has some merit; .how dare her….has she ever thought that maybe there are those of us out in tv land that feel maybe it’s time for her to go as well. I keep reflecting on the time when Nora O’Donnell said something correcting Gayle and Gayle smarted off “you’re right and I got a college education..dah.” That made me realize that maybe it’s time for Gayle to move on as well and let some one younger have a chance at it! Can’t say I’m partial, cause I am almost 70 years young and still productively working so I can’t be coming down on her but she needs to put that sometimes holier than thou attitude to the side and snap the hell out of it. She definitely isn’t all that and a bag of chips. Just think of those that’s been on that morning program and now they’re no longer there….i m quite sure (ms righteous above) all else, had nothing to do with it in some candid way. Shortly after that comment Nora was announcing she was moving to evening news as a promotion in her career. I also say I have lived and breathed CBS news most of my life; but here recently, I have gotten so fed up listening to some of attitudinal aspect of your news til its happening more than I desire… but I find myself turning to other. Newscast just cause I’ve gotten fed up with some of th b s that comes from sticking to listening to your station. Sure it shouldn’t cause any alarm but just makes you wonder; how many more of us out here watching the crap isn’t steadfastly getting tired of listening to this mess and changing channels! Just food for thought….think on these things!
