Absolutely the BEST show ever! The casting and dialogue and story are just the best. It is at once very entertaining and has a "real" feel, despite the beautiful actors and sets. It has depth too, as it describes very accurately the class distinctions so prevalent in the Latino community, in which folks with large bank accounts feel superior to their working class peers. Trini is an absolute masterful actor, as she embodies the snobby, superficial, prejudiced and idle kept housewife who is convinced her "education and privileges' are due to her European ancestry. This show is helping me immensely with my Spanish acquisition as I watch it using Spanish subtitles to catch every idiomatic expression and urban vocabulary. Carlos Ponce is absolutely superb in his role. I am enjoying it so much that I am on my second replay.
