I just finished replaying Skyward Sword for the third time (I played it on the Wii when I was younger) and I am feeling such a rush of nostalgia. The Legend of Zelda will forever be my favorite series and Skyward Sword is one of my favorite installments. I’m just sad that I zipped through the game so fast. The art style is very different from the other games but it is by far my favorite, and the soundtrack is phenomenal. I get goosebumps (or should I say groosebumps) whenever I hear the main Zelda theme or the ballad of the goddess. Skyward Sword is a masterpiece and a must for any huge Zelda fan. It also explains the origins of Ganondorf and Ganon and the reincarnation of him, Link/the Hero, and Zelda/Hylia. Only issue I had was not being able to deliver a final blow easily in the climax of the game (minor spoiler ahead) when fighting Girahim and Demise, which are required to progress through the fights. It was pretty annoying (I was using button controls on the switch) but I managed to beat them anyways.
