P.D.Blue goes woke. If the producers found themselves in a desperate search to atone for the “whiteness” of N.Y. P.D. Blue, the real “out” should have cast Hispanics in the co-leads. Hispanics, as a larger population minority and are almost absent in tv dramas. This was poorly conceived and executed.
