There literally was no point to the kidnapping in the first place. Near the end barely referenced the husband was wealthy, but never asked for a ransom until the near end at which point both parties were at gunpoint and asked for $ 20,000 dollars. I guess now they aren't getting divorced, since the husband rescued her. I don't understand the point of this movie.
