This is the type of book that I really enjoyed, not too long and not too short. She kept me engaged the whole time making it hard to put the book down. My wife even read the book after I did and she was able to read the book in one day. The suspense was great with the twist at the end leaving me wanting more lol. Great book and highly recommend.

The book was good, however there were a lot parts that could have been taken out. The book seemed to go on forever with maybe 5 chapters that were good. The ending did surprise me, but nothing about it was “chilling” and “suspenseful”. Some authors have a knack to drag a book on instead of just writing a book that’s suspenseful the whole time. This was my first experience with Lisa Jackson and based off my experience, I don’t think I could read another one of her books.
