I love this movie! I live all the characters and set locations!

I wasn't, at first, a fan of this movie. But, I have watched it several times and each time I watch it...I discover more about each character that is relatable. It is awkward and raw but, unfortunately, it's real in that so many families don't always have happy endings and everything is not perfect. Meryl Streep is OUTSTANDING in this movie! The porch swing scene with her description of her gift was the best of the entire movie!

I love Steve Martin and Goldie Hawn movies!!! The two have such great chemistry and play off each other so well ... it makes the movie so real and that is how it is supposed to be.
