Set in New York, this movie was absolutely wonderful in every sense of the word. Ben Affleck is Believeable, Loving, Tough, Caring and just superb as Uncle Charlie who runs the Tender Bar.
His buddy's at the Tender Bar are all excellent as Uncle Charlies friend's as they teach the 9 yr old nephew (with a sleezebag of a father) get through the tough times as he grows up and learns to believe in himself.
George Clooney as Director is outstanding. Grampa, played by Christopher Lloyd is also a very special character in this heartwarming Memoir set in the 1970's that has the tunes of that era playing all through the movie.
I'd recommend it to anybody and everybody as I look forward to watching it again.
Affleck deserves an Oscar.
