I got exhausted watching Diana being depressed and constantly trying to go back to her childhood. The scenes with Ann Boleyn were interesting in that their lives were parellel, the clothes were gorgeous and the actress portrayed Diana well. I get that it was a cold and unsympathetic family and that Diana didn't fit in well. What was missing were scenes portraying interaction with family members with the exception of the watchman, Ann Boleyn and Maggie. I felt like I was watching the same scenes over and over again. Was the writer protecting the royal family and who they really are? Oh yes the chef was somewhat sympathetic, a very nice touch, I liked him. The entire plot centered around Diana, just not enough meat to keep you in suspense of what might happen next. I give it a C.
