I think this may legitimately be one of the worst cookbooks I have ever had to cook from. The explanations aren't great, the recipes are bland, and the photography in it is really gross for some of the photos. Also, a recipe I made called for 1 lb of forest foraged mushrooms. I obviously did not forage a pound of wild mushrooms, but being that vague in a cookbook where a recipe calls for mushrooms could be dangerous if someone actually tries to forage the mushrooms themselves. Honestly, avoid this book because it is pretty bad.
