After seeing the first two episodes of The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon, all I can say is that any other TWD spinoff now has a lot to live up to. Much like the very start of the original show, you don’t feel like you’re watching a TV series; you feel like you’re watching a movie. Its characters are compelling, its setting is visually beautiful, and its story commands your attention. But, don’t expect it to be exactly like those earlier TWD seasons; TWD: Daryl Dixon is a show all its own, with a feel all its own. I really believe AMC has knocked it out if the park with this one.
