SPOILERS***** Ending could have been better! I do usually like to assume and predict the murderer in these kinda books but the narrative in the book was so deceptive which made me not even think of tricia could be the one..main character?? And couldn’t guess that it was her?? Well i felt that, the way tricia deceived Dr. Hale during her sessions( which was not successful obv) was the same narrator who decieved the audience by hiding the truth that she was the main culprit in the name of plot twist. In the almost book,The author just tried to convince us that tricia is naive and nutty pregnant women but was too maniac. Where as,adreinne being a great psychiatrist with Md and phd would have come up with an alternative solution for the blackmailing instead of killing. But the way Mcfadden wrote the book kept me on the edge of every chapter overall i would give a 6/10 for it.
