Fallout4 + Sherlock Holmes crime/punishment + Mansions of madness = the Sinking City. And honestly, that's a list of some of my favorite games. Though the NPC spawning and render rates are awkward which can at times detract from the emersion, im enjoying the theme, story, and mechanics too much too care. They don't spoon feed the mystery, you have to think. I love this game.
