My husband and I rented this book from our local library looking to give new recipes a try. We were and continue to be AMAZED with flavors, textures, and combinations this authentic Mexican cookbook provides. We not only bought ourselves a copy but also for one of our friends who loves to cook. I highly recommend! The pictures are wonderful the background for each dish is also enjoyable to learn.
