There's a reason I've been a loyal Batman fan since a 5 year old. He's simply the greatest hero there ever has been. Coming back to the film, The Batman is simply one of the best portrayals of the caped crusader till date, very much on par with Nolan's TDK trilogy. I've always said that Batman is one of those characters that need to be adulterated cause of the violence that can be portrayed. Their was such an element of realism in this movie that it captures one's attention from the moment you watch the introduction. Robert Pattinson has given an honest and courageous performance of Bruce Wayne with a very gothic kind of style, the rest of the cast featuring Andy Serkins as Alfred was gave an emotional depth between the stable relationship between both Alfred and Bruce. Absolutely disappointed and dissatisfied with the show Black summer. The first few episodes of season 1 kept me hooked into it. But post S1 E4, things went downhill quite fast. Major, Major plotholes. Way too much un-necessary suspence and some meaningless characters, and now it continues onto S2 with the same old boring agenda.

I really felt that India will finally come out with a good horror series that will be as gripping as its western counterparts, sadly as always, the typical bollywood-ish plot along with some scenes of absolute dumbness shown has resulted in my dissatisfaction for Betaal. I was really looking forward to see Betaal, and there were certain bright sparks in this 4 episode series. Sadly, they failed to maintain the crisp and boldness factor that were to some extent quite well done in the first two episodes. Now the few positives. Firstly, great usage of VFX, cinematography was on point. They were those bone chilling moments especially in the first episode, which I believe has to be the best episode. The acting of Vineet Kumar, Archana and Manjulini were really impressive.
