Disappointing. I was hoping for more serious scares.

Excellent acting, unexpected dialog.

I thought the movie was a very good adaptation of the book. The actors and writing were excellent.

Not convincing. A pity; I anted it to be better.

The second half was disappointing.

Highly recommend. One scene where a child is tortured, hard to watch.
