I loved this version of Emma and have been to see it twice (I may even have to go again!). Jane Austen would have enjoyed the way the characters were portrayed - they were as quirky and delightful as she wrote them. The filming was wonderful, as was the music - so varied and appropriate to each scene. I do hope Autumne de Wilde directs more Jane Austen!
