Everything about this feels generic. The plot, the acting, and even the characters. The script feels forced- even obnoxiously cringeworthy at times. No real character development to speak of. Everyone in this movie is forgettable. The movie plods along, systematically dragging you through day to day scenes with the occasional flashback that barely holds the movie together. The few fight scenes in this movie are reminiscent of pro-wrestling, and the climax is so stale that it's a relief when it's finally over. As someone who is a Stallone fan, I felt so let down by this movie. They could have replaced him with any other actor and it wouldn't have affected the movie. This movie thought it could save itself from being a B-movie by bringing in a big name actor.
