Love, love, love this season even more than her first season (and I really enjoyed the first season). I followed her roast chicken recipe and wow, sooo incredible (and I've roasted chickens for at least a decade...Ina's recipe mainly which is amazing) BUT Meghan's tip to separate the skin from the flesh while raw, right before you brush it with olive oil & butter is the NEXT level of roast chickens. I also used a smaller roasting pan with veggies underneath the chicken and wow, the veggies taste like what you'd expect in the South of France. I will definitely be making the shredded chicken bread salad, sourdough bread and pretty much all of the recipes on her show. I also love her flower arrangements, absolutely gorgeous. Don't listen to the one star Debbie Downer reviews, those are from jealous women who never cook (or cook boring, pedestrian food). I don't listen to what some say, she's talented and seems genuinely nice. No one is perfect and maybe she made mistakes but listen, if that family never accepted Aristocratic, virginal, blonde, blue-eyed Diana, how on earth would they accept an American divorced, bi-racial beauty? Also, the tabloid press in the UK is also to blame, they're the most vicious & actually evil (in my view) on earth.
