I had heard all of the bad things about this game since its release and was afraid to buy it. But, my brother let me try his and I absolutely loved it. Civ 7 has so much more depth to it than 6. I really don’t understand the insane amounts of hate. You get actual history on the leaders and other Civs aren’t nearly as insufferable as they were in 6. The culture swapping isn’t nearly as big of a problem as reviews had me thinking it was and historically makes sense. You also just have way more control over your civilization like an actual leader. Anyways, I had to buy it and am absolutely loving this game. The hate is misplaced.
