It was hard to read to honest however compared to the previous books it lacked the action and the pace of the book was very very slow with not alot going on alot of the focus was on Leto as the emperor with some back stories. At points it sounded like just a journal for Leto the Emperor I was on the verge of quiting in the Dune series that how boring at time the book was. So all in all pretty disappointing and if future books are anything like the Dune Emperor of Dune I dint think I can handle it so hopefully other books have more texture and vibrance to them!
