THIS WAS MY SHOW AS A TODDLER AND I DONT CARE WHAT YOU SAY I LOVE IT!!! This show came out when I wasn't even one year old, but I watched them all. I had the VHS and each boohbah toy which I loved to death. I remember seeing them in a Checkers near my house, they were R299 and I asked my mum if I could have one of them (not all, one). She said no. It is important to note that at the time my mum stopped working to take care of me and we didn't have enough money for anything but food, but a few days later, my dad convinced my mum that I could have one. So my dad took me back to Checkers.....and got me all 5. My mum wasn't happy. Together they cost basically R1500 . I am now 17 and still own them all. Me and my dad will prove this investment was good. They are on my bed as awrite this and they deserved recognition and are not a rip-off of telletubbies (they're made by the same people) all my friends are obsessed with them too now.
