I REALLY LIKE this game. I play on XBOX Gamertag ACE1H!FLYr. I grew up playing FlightSim on PC, AeroFighters Assult on N64, then every ACE COMBAT there was for XBOX including the latest one ACE7. But what I always wanted was a balance between the two. And with War Thunder, in Air Realistic Battles I feel like I get that. I tried simulation battle but for XBOX using a standard controller it's almost to realistic to really have any fun. Everyone gets bored of playing after one game. But with Air Realistic you can find your enemy better. My only complaint is the "realistic battle" doesn't require the minimum of Realistic controls. This gives an unfair advantage to players who are NOT true enthusiast and seem to not respect aviation enough to learn to fly without a mouse or dont play "realistic". The players using pointer aim controls or (simple), both have an unfair advantage due to them turning their sensitivity way up with pointer aim or tuning the button multiplier higher than 1, allowing them to turn and role at EXTREMELY unrealistic speeds. And then there isn't even an easy way to complain or comment about it on XBOX, which is why I had to go this far to post on here. : / In my opinion, players that use anything less than realistic controls on a game that offers so much realism
are being disrespectful or a down right disgrace to aviation. And the BR. or battle ratings are WAY OFF. You got jets in lobby's without missiles in with those that do. Which is sad. I REALLY LIKE THIS GAME. If they would balance this game more it would be PERFECT. Get your game right Gaijin. Dont become another ACE Combat letting all the real enthusiast lose their enthusiasm. Mouse (simple) pointer aim controls are a plague to the aviation side of this game. I bet half the people playing on XBoX left Ace7 to play WarThunder for realistic flight characteristics and realistic mode which only allows one set of missiles or bombs without going to land and rearm. Pointer Aim controls or mouse flyers)should NOT be allowed in aviation and Only be allowed in boats and tanks where it makes sense.
