Love the show. Currently watching episode set at The U of M. My hometown. Saw one thing that concerned me. In this episode it showed cooking meat on the grille. "Hard Rock" One thing I noticed they were cooking meat next to shrimp which some are violently allergic too. Wondering if this is a usual process in most kitchens that are featured on the show. Looks delicious but could be dangerous to some patrons. Other than that show is great. Keep them coming
