Can’t say I wasn’t surprised at the nudity. Rare in most movies even today. The cast is great but I’m not sure where the whole thing is going. Kinda drags for me. All they have on their brains is sex..😂 I think Cloris Leachman looked great for 45. The town, though probably typical for an old country town sure felt boring…no wonder all they thought about was sex. In general, depressing.

First of all I love Andy Garcia..in anything. This movie was not as good as I expected. I liked the Cuban family but just find it impossible they pulled this off in a couple of days. It was hard to believe. And in that huge house he ended up on a sofa. Had to be a spare bedroom aside from the two daughters rooms. He’s the reason I watched it and he never disappoints. He’s an amazing actor.

I just didn’t care for it. Some parts were magical I suppose but the Angel Gideon…he was nice but looked scary to me. He made some magic tricks. I would think the little girl would be frightened and also the mama….seeing this guy at night in the street would scare me big time. He wasn’t your typical angel. Just sort of jumped all over the place and it didn’t always make sense. Just so many things. I don’t want to say too much to spoil …I guess the plot.
