Overall I thought the movie was very good. I grew up reading these comics so I like when the movie stays true to the comics and the storyline. The way the movie was shot with such vibrant coloring in the 1960 setting was beautiful and nostalgic. Galactus looked great, better than his last appearance in film. The technology and science was great. The use of alternate storylines with the most well known Silver Surfers love interest Shalla Bal as the herald of Galactus was pretty good. My only very minor complaint is Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards. Not his performance which was great, his height and build along with the mustache. I felt Nicholas Hoult had the look for a Reed Richards, even though he's played a good handful of DC and Marvel characters; notably Hank McCoy/Beast on X Men, Edward Nigma/Riddler and most recently Lex Luthor on the new Superman movie.
