I really enjoyed the first movie, so I went into this one excited to see what they would do next. Sadly, it was a big letdown. Instead of making a great sequel, it felt like they turned the Joker into a lame joke. The story was weak and not very interesting, and the lead singer didn’t do a good job—she had trouble with both the singing and acting. The only good part was delivered by Joaquin Phoenix, who showed the usual real talent even though the rest of the movie was disappointing. I was hoping for something amazing, but I walked out feeling let down. What a missed chance! What a waste of Money and time!
